Privacy Policy
You can download and use VibeLink without an account. Creating an account or signing in is optional and is used only to submit and review bug reports.
Data we collect
If you choose to sign in, we process your account email and selected sign-in provider. Bug reports include the submitted title, description, reproduction steps, source, app version, platform, and whether you allowed an email reply. We also process newsletter status, delivery events, fraud-resistant rate-limit keys, and limited hosting logs. Historical purchase records may be retained to honour purchases completed before VibeLink became free. The desktop application does not send a device identity or entitlement data to this website.
Storage and security
Optional account, bug-report, newsletter, and historical purchase records are stored in Neon. Sensitive email and historical payment lookup values are encrypted with AES-256-GCM or represented by purpose-specific HMAC hashes. The bug-report inbox shows the account email only when the reporter explicitly allowed a reply.
Providers
Your selected sign-in provider processes authentication when you choose social sign-in. Neon hosts operational records. Resend sends account and bug-report mail, and marketing mail only after explicit consent or double opt-in. Vercel hosts the site and may process request and function logs. Microsoft processes Microsoft Store purchases under its own privacy terms; this website does not receive Store payment details.
Retention
Unconfirmed newsletter requests are removed after 30 days. Rate-limit buckets are removed after 48 hours. Bug reports are removed when the related Moobang account is deleted. Historical purchase records are retained as needed to honour those purchases and meet legal accounting obligations. Unsubscribe removes marketing eligibility immediately; bounce and complaint suppression hashes are retained to prevent further mail.
Chrome extension
The optional VibeLink Browser Control Chrome extension lets the VibeLink desktop app drive tabs in Chrome you already have open. It uses Chrome debugger, tabs, and tab-group permissions only for that local control. Page content, cookies, and credentials stay on your computer and travel only over a loopback connection to the VibeLink app on the same machine. The extension does not send browsing data to VibeLink servers, Moobang, or this website, and it does not sell personal data.
Your choices
An account is optional. You can unsubscribe from marketing mail at any time and request access, correction, or deletion of your account and data. For privacy or historical purchase questions, contact the support address listed on this site.
We do not sell personal data.
