Free software licence

VibeLink is a Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS desktop application distributed as free software under GPL-3.0-only. Corresponding source archives are available from /releases. A copy of the licence text ships with the application. Your rights to use, study, modify, and redistribute VibeLink are governed by that licence.

Accounts

All desktop features are available free of charge without an account. Signing in is optional and is used for submitting and reviewing bug reports.

Support and Store distribution

Microsoft Store provides the same code and features as the free download; a Store purchase supports development and adds automatic updates only. GitHub Sponsors also supports development without unlocking extra features.

Distribution and signing

Direct desktop release packages are unsigned. Verify each package with SHA256SUMS.txt before running it. The unsigned macOS beta may require Control-click → Open on first launch. The Microsoft Store package receives Store certification and re-signing for consumers (store-certified).

Acceptable use

Do not use VibeLink to violate law, abuse services, bypass access controls, or infringe third-party rights. You remain responsible for agents, commands, credentials, repositories, and code run through the application.

Warranty

VibeLink is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the output of third-party AI agents and services.
