Refund Policy

30-day full refund

You may request a full refund of VibeLink Pro within 30 days of purchase. International USD orders should use the Lemon Squeezy receipt or support link. Korean KRW orders should contact VibeLink support with the PayApp order reference.

Partial refunds

Partial refund requests and unusual payment adjustments require manual review. Approval depends on the payment provider, transaction state, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.

Provider processing

Lemon Squeezy is Merchant of Record for USD purchases and processes those refunds. VibeLink processes KRW refunds through PayApp. Provider processing time may delay when funds appear on your statement.

License status

When a full refund is confirmed, the related Pro license and active devices are revoked. The desktop returns to the free Core Terminal at the next online validation; offline access is not extended after an explicit refund or deactivation.

Exceptions

Fraud, chargeback abuse, or unlawful use may be handled under provider rules and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
